The BEAST has been unleashed!

Before we headed to competition we decided to stop by Jake's crossfit competition. Jake is OBSESSED with crossfit, he probably goes five times a week, so we thought why not go see what he has been training for these past couple years.... Let's just say it was a bad idea, the girls were closing there eyes, and screaming and telling him to stop. Seeing there dad struggle was tough so we won't go again, but he was happy that we came to support!
