Dance Impersonations 

The girls have a new dance teacher her name is Krista! She isn't just a dance teacher, she impersonates Janet Jackson on Friday nights, and she is AMAZING! She had a new show coming out so a few girls from the studio decided to go, so we joined.

The girls were stoked when they found out they were meeting "Lady Gaga" and "Michael Jackson" and then I had to crush their dreams and tell them that these were just impersonators! 

                                                     

Race to the Finish Line

Time was FLYING in our house!! Kenedy and Brynklie are busy with cheer, and all three girls were committed to dance!! Bostyn was sad that she wasn't apart of any club at School, so we let her join Girls on the Run! This was club that involved a whole bunch of girls training for a race. Bostyn was training for a 5k with her team. At the end of the two months she was ready to RUN!! 

                    Jake took one for the team and ran the full 5k with Bostyn, what a nice Dad!!

Ready set GO! They took off running Jake in front and Bostyn right behind!!

Kenedy Brynklie and I sat and watched them take off... and then we got cold! Keep in mind it was December so we headed to the car and waited until we thought they had finished the race. I think we got a little carried away with the warm air and fell asleep.... WE MISSED THEM!! We got out of the car two hours later and saw them looking for us. Bostyn was pretty upset we didn't see her finish, but she forgave us! She ended up finishing in second place for all 8 year old girls! Way to go Super Boss!

Jake said she did TERRIFIC, and did not complain once!! We got home from the long drive to Queen Creek and she passed out on the couch!! Hahaha this is what hard work will do to you. 

SPIRT WEEK!! 

Our FAVORITE time of the year has arrived!! Monday was CRAZY HAIR DAY!!

Tuesday was dress like your favorite Disney characters! I am pretty sure most kids wore disney shirts, but we went ALL OUT!! Kenedy was from the Incredibles with her friend Cassidy, Brynklie was Pinocchio, and Bostyn was from 101 Dalmatians!!

   

                                                                                               

The last day of the week was Cougar Pride Day, and Bostyn looked PIMP in her afro and black and gold!!

This year has been terrific, the girls are back in school and dance, life has been busy, but every once and awhile we take a rest to catch up with old friends. Josh and Kamber met us at Outback to talk how about how we have been doing!!

SCHOOL IS IN SESSION.....FINALLY!!!


The School year has begun, GOODBYE SUMMER, Hello Homework! The girls had a great first day except the fact that they had only slept for five hours the previous night. We were coming back from California and the drive was long, and STRESSFUL!!

I know we took a long time off of the blog...... We got really busy, BUT WE ARE BACK!!!!

Alright so we got a new computer and we don't have a lot of pictures from this past year but here is a Recap from 2011, this year was filled with fun activities!!!


Bear Arizona was amazing it is a wild life park that you can drive through and see many different animals that are live in AZ!

 We headed to Flagstaff for the weekend!! We stayed in the motor home. I know what you are thinking..... WE ARENT CAMPERS!! We had the full camping experience Rhino riding, roasting marshmallows , and much more. I think the kids had the most fun because they were getting DIRTY!!

This year brought a new experience to our family CHEERLEADING !! Kenedy and Brynklie both tried out for cheer at Cambridge Academy and they were lucky enough to make it on the team!!

     Hollywood Vibe Nationals!

This year was our first year going to Hollywood Vibe Nationals! The girls and I were PUMPED!! We could not wait to see what the week would bring us. It was great the girls did awesome on the solos. Kenedy won first overall in the pre qualifying competition, so did Bostyn Brynklie won the best in jazz award. All of them received scholarships, and i couldn't be more proud!!
