This Week was ExCiTiNg!!! We had Brynk's birthday and my sister came to town. I haven't seen my sister in over a year, she looks the same as I remember, maybe taller? Or I'm shrinking? Nonetheless we had a big girls weekend! She was very helpful to me at Brynklie's birthday party. Too many screaming little girls....haha! We started off at Oregano's and then headed over to JumpStreet. The girls had so much fun. My sister, my friend Kamber and I had a blast too! Over the weekend my sister found some hilarious pics of us on facebook that an old classmate had posted. I am so grateful that my girls are so much cuter than I was at their ages. What was my mom thinking? My sister and I looked so homely......oh well, the pics were really funny.

Today my little Brownie is "9"!

Is it possible? It just can't be! I'm not ready!

I am reminiscing of Brynk's chubby little cheeks when she was born. It was February 25, 2001 at 8:26 a.m. She was soooo tiny and very quiet! She just looked at Jake and I, no peeps at all. She is still a very easygoing kid. I could not imagine my life without her. She brings a calm to our chaotic family. I love her for who she is and where she is going. She was recently inducted into a "Special Society" of ELP. At the ceremony her teacher came over and just gushed about what a wonderful girl she is. I couldn't agree more. She is now, my favorite 9 year old! We must enjoy this last year of single digits Brynklie :)

So this weekend was bananas! The girls had a big dance competition in Phoenix, while Brynk's soccer team had a tournament in Gilbert. I feel like we drove all over Arizona this weekend. It was a special weekend for Bostyn, it was the first time she competed her solo! She was so adorable and pretty hilarious!

As many of you might be aware it was very rainy this weekend! That is not a good combination for a dance competition, with all the hair and make-up. Kenedy and her cousin Ivy had to get creative in ways to stay dry, running back and forth for costume changes!

I know what you're thinking! Don't worry, there is a big hole to breathe.

Brynklie had a fantastic weekend! She took First overall for her solo, BEAT IT! It was the last time she would compete 8 & under :( She's gonna hit the big "9"er this week!!!! Super job Brownie!

Brynklie's soccer team also won their tournament! They won in double overtime, it was so exciting. We made it just in time, hair done, make-up and all! Her team thought she looked "beautiful"! She was embarrassed........nothing a make-up wipe couldn't fix. Here she is with her medal after the game.

Ken opted out on her solo this weekend. That was hard for me because I LOVE watching her dance! I have to let her make her own decisions though, this part of parenting is difficult for me :( Her group dances placed very well, they took many of the top overall spots this weekend!

So overall, Great Weekend! Super Busy, but Fun! I am glad to be home, it is a quiet Sunday evening, Bostyn is in my bed, Jake on the couch, the other girls asleep and the dogs snoring away! Only so many hours until the craziness begins again!

This has been a super busy week.....as usual! I started school this week! I remember school being much more fun when I was younger :) Nonetheless, one week down! Our little buddy Max had surgery....Ruby really missed him. It was Bostyn's last halftime show performance for SNS. She just loves getting all dolled up and dancin!

I took my kiddos to jumpstreet this weekend for the first time. They had a lot of fun, we went with friends and found some friends:) My kids were trying a million tricks, the trampolines were fun!

Here we are.....Jake and I at the Cardinals game! We have been married for 11years! And might I add, much cuter than when we were dating :) What can I say, I'm still in love with the guy. He is a great husband and even better father! We are raising some great kids, if I do say so myself, here have a look!

My first born, she is basically exactly like me, but looks like Jake. Kenedy is a such a beautiful girl, inside and out. She lives and breathes dance, and she is amazing to watch. I think we may see her on Broadway someday! She is a very smart 5th grader, and is NOT interested in boys! She is very helpful to me and loves her sisters. You can catch her on her ipod, dancin around at home.

Brynklie is the brightest 8 year old there ever was. She is in the 3rd grade, is in Company at dance and plays midfield for club soccer. She is one busy little bee. She is always on the go, and HARDLY ever complains! We love her sweet demeanor, she would do anything for anybody, she is so giving and caring. Love ya Brynk

Here is Miss Hollywood herself........ Bostyn Brown! It's her world and we're all just livin in it. She is our youngest and craziest! She is in the first grade and is a great reader. She loves to dance and to sleep (or she is a grumpy bear) and doesn't mind getting dirty. She keeps us....... and everyone else on their toes!

I finally decided to give in and DO a blog! And acutally....i'm kind of excited! We are cutest little family! Well I think so at least. So here we are Christmas morning! Bostyn with no pants on is totally normal at our house! Haven't taken family pics in a while so this will have to do for now. We all had a fantastic holiday!
